My curiosity in UX design comes from my interest for human factors psychology, understanding how people interact with technology. I’m especially interested in designing interfaces that feel intuitive and help users successfully navigate digital spaces without confusion or frustration. This connects closely to my future goal of becoming a school psychologist, where I hope to apply these ideas to improve how students interact with educational tools and systems.
As I begin my course work in UX design, I approach my work with curiosity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and improve with each project.
I’m actively building experience across psychology, research, and technology. I’m involved in the Predictors of Reading in Social Minds (PRISM) psychology department research lab, where I contribute to understanding how children process and engage with information. As an IT Systems Documentation Assistant, I create flowcharts using Lucidchart to map work processes clearly. I’ve also developed technical skills through McGrawHill Excel certifications that support data organization and analysis. I also serve as a Peer Health Educator through Bradley’s HEAT (Help, Empower, & Teach) program and participate in Psychology Club.
Outside of school activities, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and expressing my creativity through videography, drawing and music. I also love spending time with family and friends.
I’m currently seeking opportunities to gain hands-on UX experience and contribute to meaningful, user-centered projects.
